These are the part types we make most, but the process is the same for any custom part: send a drawing and we return price, lead time and DFM feedback. Each builds on our sheet metal, machining, material and finishing capabilities. Because cutting, forming, machining and finishing all happen in one shop, a part does not get passed between vendors — which is where lead time slips and tolerances drift. Tell us the function, the load and the environment, and we will suggest the material, gauge and finish that meet them at the lowest delivered cost, then hold that spec across the run.
