Sheet metal fabrication
Cutting, forming, joining and finishing under one roof — send a STEP or DXF and the flat blank, bends, welds and finish are planned together so the part is right the first time.

Laser Cutting
Fiber laser cutting of steel, stainless and aluminum up to 20 mm.
View process → FormingBending
CNC press-brake bending to ±0.1 mm with bend-allowance worked out up front.
View process → StampingStamping & Punching
Die stamping and CNC punching for higher-volume sheet parts.
View process → JoiningWelding
TIG, MIG and spot welding with distortion control and weld-finish options.
View process → DrawingDeep Drawing
Drawn cups, enclosures and shells from flat blank in one or more stages.
View process → CuttingShearing & Blanking
Straight shearing and blanking for clean, square-edged blanks.
View process →Planned as one part, not four operations
Most fabrication problems start when cutting, bending and welding are treated separately. We plan the material, blank, bend sequence and finish together, so tolerances hold across the whole part. Higher volumes move from laser to stamping; deep shapes go to drawing.
